1. Eligibility
RChat is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using RChat, you confirm that you are at least 18, have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, and will use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not misrepresent your age or help a person under 18 access RChat.
2. Account Registration and Security
You may need to register using a supported method such as Google Sign-In, email, phone number, or another available option. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and verification codes, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
3. Profiles, Rooms, and User Content
RChat may allow you to create a profile, upload images, create or manage rooms, write room notices, send public or private messages, communicate by voice, and submit other content. You are responsible for content you submit and must have all rights and permissions necessary to share it.
You grant PBP a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, transmit, display, moderate, and use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide RChat.
4. Live Voice Rooms
Users may join, listen, speak, and interact in live voice rooms. You must not use voice rooms to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, distribute prohibited content, disturb users or rooms, or engage in illegal activity.
RChat does not intentionally record or store live voice conversations by default. Users will be informed and relevant policies will be updated before any RChat recording, replay, transcription, or saved-audio feature is introduced.
5. Chat and Private Messages
Public and private messages must comply with these Terms and the Community Guidelines. You must not send harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, child-safety violations, scams, spam, phishing, malware, harmful links, illegal offers, or another person's private information without permission.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Violating applicable law, regulation, court order, or another person's rights.
- Harassing, threatening, bullying, abusing, stalking, blackmailing, or harming another person.
- Promoting hate, discrimination, terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or serious violence.
- Sharing, requesting, or promoting pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or illegal sexual services.
- Creating, possessing, sharing, requesting, soliciting, or facilitating child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of a minor, or trafficking.
- Committing fraud, phishing, spam, impersonation, financial abuse, unauthorized gambling promotion, or illegal transactions.
- Using bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, unauthorized tools, malware, or technical exploits.
- Manipulating gifts, coins, purchases, rankings, reports, or platform metrics.

- Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, disrupting, overloading, or attempting unauthorized access to RChat systems.
7. Reports, Blocks, and Safety Tools
RChat provides in-app mechanisms for supported reports, concerns, or feedback. Use the Report or Block option where shown, or contact rchat308@gmail.com. Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. False, abusive, coordinated, or malicious reporting may result in enforcement.
8. Moderation and Enforcement
To protect users and the platform, RChat may review reports and relevant content or records and may issue warnings, remove or restrict content, mute users, block chat access, remove users from rooms, restrict rooms, suspend or permanently ban accounts, remove owner or administrative privileges, restrict feature access, cancel suspicious benefits, or take other proportionate action.
Serious child-safety, violence, fraud, or legal violations may be reported to competent authorities when required or appropriate under applicable law. Room owners and administrators must use moderation tools responsibly.
9. Child Safety
RChat has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. Any sexualization, grooming, solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a minor is prohibited, regardless of whether the content is real, altered, computer-generated, or presented as a joke.
RChat may immediately remove relevant content, permanently ban involved accounts, preserve evidence where legally required, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority as required by applicable law. Child-safety reports may be submitted through the in-app report mechanism or to rchat308@gmail.com, which is RChat's designated child-safety contact.
10. Virtual Coins, Gifts, and Digital Items
RChat may offer virtual coins, gifts, badges, levels, rankings, subscriptions, or other digital items for use within supported RChat features.
11. Purchases and Transactions
Supported in-app purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing. Applicable Google Play payment and refund terms may apply.
12. Intellectual Property
RChat's name, logo, software, systems, designs, graphics, and other proprietary materials belong to PBP or its licensors. Except as permitted by law or written authorization, you may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse them.
12. Third-Party Services
RChat may use third-party services and open-source components, including Firebase, Cloudinary, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and LiveKit. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
12. Service Availability and Changes
RChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, correct, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature to maintain security, comply with requirements, or improve the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
RChat may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for violations, safety risks, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements. You may initiate account deletion through Settings > About Us > Account Deletion or through the public resource at web.mdparvez.com/delete-account. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Account deletion permanently ends access to the account and may result in loss of profile information, room access, chat history, coins, gifts, levels, badges, rankings, and other digital items, subject to limited lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PBP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of RChat, user-generated content, conduct of other users, service interruption, third-party services, or enforcement actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when RChat, applicable requirements, or safety practices change. The Last Updated date will identify the current version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
