Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

RChat is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using RChat, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal ability to agree to these Terms, and will use RChat only for lawful and acceptable purposes.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use RChat, you may need to create an account using supported login methods such as Google Sign-In, email, phone number, or other available options. You must provide accurate information, keep your login information secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Profile and Room Information

RChat may allow you to create or update your user profile, upload a profile image, create rooms, upload room images, write room notices, and manage room-related information.

You must not use any profile name, avatar, room name, room image, or room notice that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harmful, sexual, pornographic, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonates another person or authority.

4. User Content

You are responsible for all content you share through RChat, including profile information, images, room notices, public messages, private messages, voice communication, and other supported content. You must have the rights or permission to share any content you upload or send.

By using RChat, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your content only as necessary to operate, protect, improve, and provide RChat services.

5. Live Voice Rooms

RChat provides live voice room features where users can join, listen, speak, and interact with others. You must not use voice rooms to harass, threaten, abuse, share sexual or illegal content, impersonate others, disturb rooms, or promote scams.

RChat does not record or store live voice conversations by default. If replay, recording, transcript, saved audio, or similar features are added in the future, users will be informed, and related policies will be updated.

6. Chat and Private Messages

You must not send public or private messages that contain harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, child safety violations, scams, spam, phishing, illegal offers, malware, harmful links, or another person’s private information without permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any law or regulation
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or harming others
• Promoting hate speech, discrimination, violence, terrorism, or serious harm
• Sharing sexual, pornographic, or exploitative content
• Exploiting, endangering, or targeting minors
• Committing fraud, scams, phishing, financial abuse, gambling promotion, or illegal transactions
• Using bots, scripts, automation, unauthorized tools, or abusing bugs
• Manipulating rankings, gifts, coins, wallet, host income, agency commission, reseller transfer, or withdrawal systems
• Selling, renting, buying, or transferring accounts outside official RChat features
• Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or misusing RChat systems

8. Moderation and Enforcement

RChat may use moderation systems, user reports, admin tools, room owner tools, and internal review processes. We may warn users, remove content, mute users, block chat access, kick users, restrict rooms, suspend or ban accounts, remove host or agency privileges, hold or reject withdrawal requests, or cancel suspicious income, commission, gift, or coin activity.

Room owners and admins must use moderation tools responsibly. Abuse of owner/admin power may result in restriction or removal of privileges.

9. Virtual Coins, Gifts, and Digital Items

RChat may offer virtual coins, gifts, badges, levels, rankings, or other digital items. Virtual coins and gifts are digital items for use inside RChat only, are not legal currency, and do not guarantee cash value outside RChat.

Gifts sent to another user are generally final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or Google Play policies. Users must not manipulate coins, gifts, levels, rankings, or reward systems.

10. Purchases and Google Play Billing

If RChat offers in-app purchases, coin purchases, subscriptions, or digital items, purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing. Google Play payment terms may apply. We may verify purchases for fraud prevention and service delivery.

11. Refund Policy

Coins, gifts, and digital items are generally non-refundable once purchased, used, sent, consumed, delivered, or transferred, unless required by applicable law or Google Play policies. We may refuse refunds or reverse benefits if we detect abuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

12. Host Income, Agency Commission, Reseller Transfer, and Withdrawal

RChat may provide host income, agency commission, reseller transfer, wallet, and withdrawal features. These features may be subject to eligibility requirements, verification checks, minimum withdrawal limits, payment schedules, fraud review, account safety review, and correct withdrawal information.

We may delay, hold, reject, cancel, or adjust income, commission, transfer, or withdrawal requests if fraud or abuse is suspected, the account violates RChat rules, the transaction appears manipulated, required information is missing, withdrawal details are invalid, or legal, safety, tax, regulatory, or compliance concerns apply.

13. Reports, Blocks, and Safety Tools

Users should report harmful, abusive, illegal, or suspicious activity through the App or by contacting us. False, abusive, repeated, or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.

14. Child Safety

RChat has zero tolerance for content or behavior that exploits, harms, targets, abuses, or endangers minors. Violations may result in immediate permanent ban, content removal, income hold, withdrawal rejection, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

15. Intellectual Property

RChat, including its name, logo, design, features, software, systems, graphics, and related materials, belongs to PBP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of RChat without permission.

16. Third-Party Services and Open-Source Components

RChat may use third-party services such as Firebase, Cloudinary, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and other providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

For real-time voice communication, RChat uses LiveKit, an open-source communication technology deployed on infrastructure operated for RChat.

17. Service Availability and Changes

We try to keep RChat available, stable, and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature when needed.

18. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create safety risk, abuse gifts, coins, wallet, host income, or withdrawal systems, or if required by law. You may request account deletion through the App if available or by contacting rchat308@gmail.com. Verified deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

19. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

RChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBP will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RChat, user-generated content, actions of other users, service interruption, third-party issues, or enforcement actions.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RChat after updates means that you accept the updated Terms.
