RChat, operated by PBP, maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualisation of minors, or any content or behaviour that harms or endangers a child.
1. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
- CSAM or any sexual depiction of a minor
- Grooming, solicitation, sexual conversation, or requests involving a minor
- Sharing, requesting, selling, or linking to exploitative material
- Sextortion, trafficking, coercion, or threats involving minors
- Impersonating a minor or using a minor’s image for exploitation
- Encouraging, normalising, or facilitating child abuse or exploitation
2. Reporting
Users should use RChat’s in-app report tools where available. Reports may also be sent to rchat308@gmail.com. Include the relevant User ID, Room ID, approximate date and time, screenshots where safe and lawful, and a clear description. Do not redistribute suspected CSAM when making a report.
3. RChat Response
RChat may promptly restrict access, remove content, preserve necessary evidence, suspend or permanently ban accounts, hold related platform benefits, and take other safety actions. Where required by applicable law, RChat may report suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or legally designated reporting organisations.
4. In-App Safety Tools
RChat provides or may provide reporting, blocking, room moderation, account restriction, and support channels. Users must not misuse reporting systems or retaliate against people who report safety concerns.
