1. How We Collect and Use Your Information

To provide RChat’s voice chat room, messaging, profile, gift, host, agency, notification, and security features, we may collect and use certain information from you. We only collect information that is necessary for the services we provide, for account safety, for app operation, or with your permission.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

When you register, create a profile, use rooms, send messages, upload images, contact support, or use other features, you may provide information such as:

• Name, nickname, username, or display name
• User ID, email address, or phone number if used
• Google account information if Google Sign-In is used
• Country or region, gender, birthday, or optional profile details if provided
• Profile photo, room image, room name, and room notice
• Text messages, private messages, feedback, reports, and support messages
• Withdrawal details if you use withdrawal-related features

1.2 Information We Collect When You Use RChat

• Rooms you create, join, or interact with
• Messages you send or receive
• Users you follow or interact with
• Gifts you send or receive
• Coin, wallet, host income, agency commission, reseller transfer, and withdrawal records
• Report, block, kick, mute, chat block, ban, or admin action records
• Feature usage, service logs, crash logs, security records, and abuse prevention records

We use this information to provide RChat services, improve app stability, prevent fraud, protect users, and enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines.

1.3 Registration and Login

RChat may allow registration or login through Google Sign-In, email, phone number, or other login systems. We may collect account ID, email, phone number, login provider information, profile name, and profile image to identify your account and help you access the App securely.

1.4 Profile and Avatar Upload

RChat allows users to upload profile images and room images. The App may request camera, photo gallery, or storage permission. We only process the photo or image that you choose, take, upload, or submit.

1.5 Messages and Chat Content

RChat may allow public room messages and private messages. We may store message content, sender information, receiver or room information, timestamps, and related chat records to deliver messages, show chat history, support moderation, investigate abuse, and maintain user safety.

1.6 Live Voice Room and Audio

RChat provides live voice room features through LiveKit, an open-source real-time communication technology deployed on infrastructure operated for RChat. RChat may access your microphone only when you choose to use voice-related features.

Live voice/audio is transmitted in real time through RChat's LiveKit infrastructure to other users in the same room. RChat does not record or store live voice conversations by default.

If replay, recording, transcript, saved audio, or similar features are added in the future, users will be clearly informed, and this Privacy Policy will be updated before such features are used.

1.7 Virtual Coins, Gifts, Wallet, Host, Agency, and Withdrawal Information

RChat may provide virtual coins, gifts, wallet, host income, agency commission, reseller transfer, and withdrawal features. We may collect and process coin balance, recharge records, gift records, wallet records, host income, agency commission, reseller transfer, withdrawal requests, withdrawal method details, and fraud prevention data.

Virtual coins and gifts are digital items for use inside RChat. They are not legal currency and may not have cash value outside RChat unless specifically stated by RChat rules or required by applicable law.

1.8 Device, Log, and Security Information

We may collect device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, network status, app instance identifiers, Firebase Cloud Messaging token, crash logs, performance logs, login records, security logs, and diagnostic information to maintain app functionality, improve performance, fix crashes, and protect users.

1.9 Website Account-Deletion Requests

When you use the public account-deletion form on this website, we collect the Gmail address, RChat User ID, deletion reason, optional details, submission time, and technical security information needed to prevent abuse. We use this information only to review the request, contact you where necessary, verify account ownership through an in-app notification, process deletion, maintain a limited compliance record, and protect RChat from fraudulent requests.

2. Permissions We May Request

• Microphone: used for live voice room features.
• Camera: used when you choose to take a profile photo or room image.
• Photos, Media, or Storage: used when you choose to upload or select images.
• Notifications: used to send service notifications, message alerts, room updates, gift alerts, host/agency notifications, and security notifications.
• Network Access: used to connect to RChat services, including our LiveKit voice infrastructure, database, cloud storage, notifications, and necessary third-party service providers.

3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary for app operation, safety, payment, legal, or technical requirements.

We may share limited information with cloud database and storage providers, authentication providers, image hosting providers, payment and billing providers, notification providers, crash reporting providers, support and moderation teams, or legal authorities where required. Live voice/audio is processed through RChat's LiveKit infrastructure for real-time communication.

4. Third-Party Services, SDKs, and Open-Source Components

RChat may use third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and Cloudinary.

For live voice rooms, RChat uses LiveKit, an open-source real-time communication component deployed on infrastructure operated for RChat.

At this time, RChat does not use AdMob advertising or Firebase Analytics by default. If advertising or analytics services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and Google Play Data Safety information will be updated accordingly.

5. Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including secure cloud services, authentication controls, database security rules, storage access controls, limited access to sensitive systems, encryption in transit where supported, crash monitoring, and fraud prevention measures.

No online service is completely secure. Users should keep their account secure and avoid posting sensitive personal information in public rooms or chats.

6. Data Retention

We keep user information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained longer where necessary for payment verification, wallet and withdrawal records, fraud prevention, safety and moderation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, app security, or enforcement of our Terms and Community Guidelines.

Live voice conversations are not recorded or stored by default.

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the App if available, or by contacting us at rchat308@gmail.com. We may ask for verification to confirm that you own the account. After verification, we will process account deletion requests within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment verification, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.

8. Age Restrictions and Child Safety

RChat is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must not use RChat.

RChat has zero tolerance for content or behavior that exploits, harms, targets, abuses, or endangers minors. Violations may result in immediate account ban, content removal, income hold, withdrawal rejection, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

9. International Data Processing

RChat is operated by PBP. Third-party service providers may process and store information in different countries depending on their service locations and infrastructure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of RChat after updates means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
