Community Guidelines

1. Be Respectful

You must treat other users with respect. Do not harass, insult, bully, threaten, abuse, shame, humiliate, intimidate, repeatedly target, or encourage others to attack or mass-report someone.

2. No Hate Speech or Discrimination

RChat does not allow hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, disability, age, language, social background, or any other protected or personal identity.

3. No Sexual or Pornographic Content

You must not share, upload, speak, send, promote, or request pornographic content, sexually explicit images or messages, sexual voice content, sexual harassment, nude or sexually suggestive content, sexual services, or sexual exploitation.

4. Child Safety

RChat is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. RChat has zero tolerance for content or behavior that exploits, harms, abuses, targets, or endangers minors.

Violations may result in immediate permanent ban, content removal, income hold, withdrawal rejection, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

5. No Violence, Harm, or Dangerous Behavior

You must not share or promote threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm or harm to others, graphic violence, instructions for causing harm, terrorism, violent extremism, dangerous challenges, or real-world violence.

6. No Fraud, Scam, or Spam

You must not use RChat for scams, fake earning promises, phishing, spam messages, fake giveaways, fake recharge offers, fake withdrawal offers, fraudulent links, fake admin identity, manipulated gift or coin activity, unauthorized promotion, bots, or scripts.

7. No Illegal Activity

You must not use RChat to promote, arrange, or support illegal drugs, illegal weapons, gambling, hacking, stolen goods, financial fraud, blackmail, identity theft, illegal transactions, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

8. Voice Room Rules

• Do not abuse the microphone.
• Do not play disturbing, sexual, hateful, violent, or illegal audio.
• Do not harass speakers or listeners.
• Do not interrupt or disturb rooms intentionally.
• Do not impersonate owner, admin, host, agency, or official representatives.
• Do not use voice rooms for scams, fraud, spam, or illegal promotion.

9. Chat and Private Message Rules

You must not send public or private messages containing harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, child safety violations, spam links, phishing, fraud, illegal offers, malware, harmful links, or another person’s private information without permission.

10. Profile, Avatar, and Room Content Rules

Your profile name, avatar, room name, room image, and room notice must not contain hate speech, sexual content, violent content, scams, fake official identity, illegal content, copyright-infringing content, misleading information, or personal information of others without permission.

11. Coins, Gifts, Wallet, Host, Agency, and Withdrawal Rules

Users must not manipulate or abuse RChat’s coins, gifts, wallet, host income, agency commission, reseller transfer, ranking, or withdrawal systems.

• No fake gift or coin activity
• No fraudulent purchases or chargeback abuse
• No multiple-account abuse for income or ranking manipulation
• No selling accounts, coins, gifts, or ranks outside RChat
• No false withdrawal information
• No bypassing verification or payment rules
• No abusing bugs, loopholes, or technical errors

Violations may result in income hold, withdrawal rejection, feature restriction, account suspension, or permanent ban.

12. Owner and Admin Responsibility

Room owners and admins must use moderation tools responsibly. They must not harass users, kick or mute users unfairly for abuse, promote illegal activity, allow serious violations in their rooms, or use room power for scams, fraud, or exploitation.

13. Reporting Violations

Users can report violations through the App if available, or by contacting rchat308@gmail.com. Please include user ID, room ID, screenshots if available, time and date, and a description of the issue.

14. Moderation Actions

If users violate these Community Guidelines, RChat may take action including warning, content removal, mute, chat block, kick, room restriction, suspension, permanent ban, removal of owner/admin privileges, removal of host or agency access, holding or canceling suspicious income, withdrawal rejection, or other safety actions.

15. Appeals and Support

If you believe action was taken against your account by mistake, contact rchat308@gmail.com with your User ID, account information, and clear explanation. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that action will be reversed.
