Data deletion and retention

After successful verification, RChat will delete or anonymise account-associated personal information where possible. Some records may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, payment or withdrawal verification, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of RChat rules.

Deleting an account may permanently remove access to the profile, rooms, messages, coins, gifts, wallet balance, host income, agency records, withdrawal access, levels, badges, rankings, and other digital items.
