Data deletion and retention

After successful verification, RChat will delete or anonymise account-associated personal information where possible. Some purchase, transaction, security, moderation, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-compliance records may be retained when necessary.

Deleting an account may permanently remove access to the profile, rooms, messages, coins, gifts, levels, badges, rankings, and other digital items.
